

Crunchy Nutty Cereal
A delicious homemade cereal with a lot of crunch
Ingredients
- 1 lb slivered almonds
- 5 ½ oz walnuts
- 6 oz pumpkin seeds
- 7 oz unsweetened coconut flakes
- 3/4 - 1 cup almond flour
- 3 tbsps ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup flax seeds
- 3/4 cup soy milk
- 5 ½ oz pecans
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375 degrees
- Lightly grease a baking sheet
- In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients
- Add the vanilla and soy milk and mix until everything is well combined
- Pour mixture onto greased baking sheet and spread evenly
- Bake at 375 degrees for 8 - 10 minutes, tossing after 5 minutes. Pay close attention as it burns easily.
- Serve with blueberries, strawberries, and plant-based milk.
Notes
This recipe makes a large batch and the cereal can be used as a topping on other dishes.
