Instructions
Heat oven to 375 degrees
Lightly grease a baking sheet
In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients
Add the vanilla and soy milk and mix until everything is well combined
Pour mixture onto greased baking sheet and spread evenly
Bake at 375 degrees for 8 - 10 minutes, tossing after 5 minutes. Pay close attention as it burns easily.
Serve with blueberries, strawberries, and plant-based milk.
Notes
This recipe makes a large batch and the cereal can be used as a topping on other dishes.
